Mark, I am wondering why you chose to air this particular discussion between Ilan Pappe and Efraim Karsh? While Karsh vaporizes Pappe with logical and intelligent ripostes, it is clear that the interviewer is on Pappe's side. Pappe makes it clear that there is no need for him to provide rational reasons for calling Israel an Apartheid state, which the moderator supports with the comment that Condoleeza Rice, the Palestinians and much of the world is onside with Pappe. Pappe calmly insists that morality and not proof is what matters. Regrettably Karsh has to muscle his way back into the conversation insisting on the facts, but the moderator's body language and her need to interrupt Karsh with interjections of "okay, okay" , while drowning out Karsh's voice, tells the full story.
