3. The Roar of the Engines, The Smell of the Gas - What is with these F1 racing guys? First, there was former F1 head Max Mosley (the son of wartime British Fascist leader Oswald Mosley) and his infamous Nazi sex orgy. Now there is the idiot Bernie Ecclestone with his praise of Hitler and his ability to get things done. Bernie Farber of Canadian Jewish Congress has stated things quite succinctly in this interview - Jewish leader 'astounded' at F1 boss's Hitler praise.
4. Idiots in the Canadian Arab Federation - Here's a bad case of "foot in mouth" disease - a (now former) vice-president of the CAF has called Canada a 'genocidal state. This after Federation President had the political good sense to call federal cabinet minister Jason Kenney a "professional whore". Wow - who runs that place? And as a postscript - teh National Post adds this editorial - Tarek Fatah's win.

At the showing of the Dead Sea Scrolls at ROM noted previously in my blog, there are protesters alleging that Israel illegally took the scrolls from Jordan in the aftermath of the Six Day War.
